How to change the Direct Deposit Information?

If the claimant needs to change their direct deposit information, here are a few ways to make the change.

• Visit the VA’s website at https://www.va.gov/change-direct-deposit/
• If you are the third party authorized to speak with the VA (per VA Form 21-0845), you can call the VA at 877.294.6380 and change the direct deposit information over the phone. You will need quite a bit of information, so make sure you have the completed application in front of you when calling the VA.
